On a complete packaging conveyor line, there is an inconspicuous small inspector called the "automatic weighing machine", whose presence doubles the speed of product weight detection, achieving the effect of quality and quantity assurance. What is the working principle of the high-tech equipment assembly line automatic weighing machine? Some friends may not be clear yet, but today Tenglu editor will introduce how the "little inspector" on the packaging and transportation line works.

Automatic weighing machine is a non-standard customized equipment that can be customized with different functions according to customer needs. It has two types: with and without removal, but the working principle is the same. The automatic weighing machine has three sections with removal: feeding section, weighing section, and removal section. There is no removal section for those without removal. After the product enters the weighing conveyor, the system identifies the product to be tested as entering the weighing area based on external signals, such as photoelectric switch signals or internal level signals. Based on the operating speed and length of the weighing conveyor, or based on the level signal, the system can determine the time when the product leaves the weighing conveyor. From the moment the product enters the weighing platform to the moment it leaves, the weighing sensor will detect the signal shown in the figure below. The controller selects the signal from the stable agricultural area for processing to obtain the weight of the product.

Finally, the core principle of an automatic weighing machine is the feeding process, weighing process, and if there is a removal function, there will be an additional process of removing unqualified products, or products that are overweight or underweight, and transporting them to other designated locations. The above is the working principle of conventional weighing machines on the market. Although it seems that the operation time is not long, our inspectors have already completed a complete set of work procedures.
