After understanding the working principle of a fully automatic strapping machine, it will be much easier to use. However, in order for the strapping machine to continue to work more stably, it is best to regularly maintain and lubricate the machine. Firstly, pay attention to keeping the machine dry and do not let it rain or place anything damp on it; Secondly, the following points should be done well:

1. Remove debris or dirt from the machine once a week.

2. Clean, maintain, and lubricate the skateboard, middle blade, and front top blade once a month.

3. Add appropriate lubricating oil once a week to all cam surfaces and the connecting shaft core of the upper machine.

4. Add engine oil to the gearbox of the gearbox once a year.

5. Attention should be paid to several parts that cannot be oiled: return and return belt rollers, all belts, slip plates and surroundings, electromagnetic clutch.

6. Do not add too much fuel each time to prevent the micro switch from malfunctioning due to oil immersion.

In fact, any machine has a break in period and a service life. Of course, we may not be able to strictly maintain precise timing, but as long as we try to use it normally according to the user manual and maintain it regularly, the machine will have a good break in period and its service life will be extended accordingly.
